  • Priority Mail Express : 1-Day or 2-Day expedited service by 3 p.m after item/items are shipped. Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement.
  • UPS Ground : 4—7 Business Days after item/items are shipped. Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air : 2 Business Days after item/items are shipped. Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement.
  • UPS Next Day Air : Delivery the next day after item/items are shipped. Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement.

Evero Market Return Policy

We are fully committed to pleasing our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your item, please notify us at  within 30 days of purchase and we will give you a replacement or a refund of the item cost but not including original shipping cost.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, kindly notify us with a photo attached with your message. We strive for customer satisfaction — if you indeed received a damaged or defective item, we’ll issue you a full refund regardless of the date of original purchase, with no required return shipping.

How to return an item

1. Contact us at  to explain your issue. If your item arrived to you damaged or defective, please include a photo. Include the following in your email:

• Item Numbers and Quantity


• Reason for return or credit

2. If your item is eligible for return, we will provide the costs for return shipping and email you the Return Label.

3. Place the item in a secure box with the Return Label and ship it via shipping carrier associated with the Return Label.
